Booth Set-Up:  Noon - 5:00pm, Wed 2/26

Exhibit Hall Hours: 8am - 6pm, Thurs 2/27

Booth Take Down:  6 - 9pm, Thurs 2/27

Each Exhibitor Registration includes:

  • skirted 6’ table with pipe & drape and two chairs

Walking the Talk

At WIRMC, we are dedicated to hosting a professional conference that prioritizes sustainability and minimizes waste. Our planning team collaborates closely with venue staff to ensure accessible recycling stations throughout the venue.

Key Initiatives:
  • Reusable Cups: We require the use of reusable cups instead of single-use plastic cups.

  • Reusable Materials: Signs and conference materials are reused annually to reduce waste.

  • Composting: We work closely with the dining services and collect all food scraps during the conference that is then composted by Bucket Ruckus.

  • Exhibitor Support: Instead of banner signs, our staff will assist with booth setup and orientation.

  • Thoughtful Swag: As an exhibitor, we ask that you be considerate when deciding upon your promotional items. Please offer items that usable, recyclable, or consumable. 

  • Engaging Demonstrations: We welcome demonstrations to showcase your offerings in a sustainable manner.

ADDED EXPOSURE OPPORTUNITIES

SPONSOR A MINI-GOLF HOLE: Get your logo out at the kick off to the conference by sponsoring a mini golf hole at the Welcome Event! Your mini-golf hole sponsorship includes your business logo at one hole as well as the opportunity to add up to four (4) obstacles. Obstacles are allowed to have a logo on them. Obstacles may not include dirt/sand, water or anything that will structurally damage the existing hole. $200 to sponsor a mini-golf hole. LIMITED HOLES AVAILABLE! EXHIBITOR'S DRAWING: Donate an item that will be displayed at your booth. During the Dessert Reception, we will go around the Expo Hall and draw names from the jar placed at your booth. We will make an announcement to all conference attendees and publicly thank you for your contribution. Prizes should have a minimum value of $25. The drawing will take place Thursday, February 27th at 2:00 PM during the Dessert Reception.

 

EXHIBITOR'S RAFFLE: This event helps support our low-cost conference registration for students. We hope to have a minimum of 4 high ticket prizes to host a raffle Thursday in the Expo Hall. Provide an item or gift card with a minimum $250 value for our Raffle ad get your business & item in our program app!

 

FRIDAY CLOSING DOOR PRIZES: Provide an item or gift card with a minimum $50 value to be given at the Closing Ceremony. We will publicly announce the donors and thank them for their contribution.

10:00-10:45am, complimentary coffee & donuts

Dessert Reception:
1:15 - 2:30pm, complimentary coffee, soda, desserts 

 

Exhibitor's Reception: 
4:45 - 6:00pm, complimentary beverages & hot/cold hors d oeuvres

No meetings or sessions are scheduled during the Exhibit Hall Socials; it's all about networking!​

An Exhibitor Packet of information is emailed directly to the main contact person for any paid vendor. If you need assistance or did not receive this email, please contact Valley Expo directly at events@valleyexpodisplays.com and 815-873-1500.

Exhibit Hall-Only Passes
  • $25/person

    • access to Exhibit Hall only, on 2/27, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

    • includes refreshments served in Exhibit Hall prior to 4:30 pm

    • does not include meals, socials, or presentations

  • May be purchased in advance; link will be posted closer to event dates.  Passes may also be purchased onsite at the Registration Desk.

  • All visitors to the Exhibit Hall must first check in at the Registration Desk to receive their access badge
